Sesha Sai Kiran Kotamraju

Sesha Sai Kiran Kotamraju serves as Chief Manager at L&T Finance since September 2018, leading a team of six Senior Managers and 15 associate banking professionals to manage a $60 million annual loan portfolio and overseeing the launch of a digital lending platform. Previously, Sesha held the position of Senior Manager, focusing on risk management within Fraud Operations, and began their career as an Assistant Manager at LIC Housing Finance Limited, where Sesha conducted financial audits to enhance internal controls. Early experiences include an internship at Reliance Capital, where Sesha developed performance dashboards, and a developer trainee role at Tech Mahindra. Sesha holds an Applied Financial Risk Management degree from the Indian Institute of Management, an MBA from ICFAI Foundation, and a BTech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
