Prior to this role, Sanjay Gupta was President and CEO at Minda Corporation, where responsibility included driving advanced automotive technologies and establishing strategic growth plans. As Vice President & India Country Manager at NXP Semiconductors, Sanjay Gupta managed R&D and operations for over 4,500 employees and led automotive R&D initiatives. Earlier career milestones include senior leadership positions at Freescale Semiconductor and Motorola, highlighting a strong foundation in systems development and engineering management. Sanjay Gupta holds an MBA from The Wharton School, Kellogg School of Management, and Indian School of Business, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communications from Delhi College of Engineering.
