Balaji Kumar Dubey is an experienced professional with a solid background in sales, marketing, and management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Cluster Head at L&T-SuFin since January 2024, Balaji previously held the position of Division Manager at Tata Steel Downstream Products Limited from May 2021 to January 2024. Balaji also accumulated significant experience at Tata Steel Processing and Distribution Ltd. as Sr. Manager from May 2010 to January 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing supply to vendors such as Maruti Suzuki and Hero Motorcorp in the Delhi/NCR area. Earlier career experience includes a role as Deputy Manager at Marketing & Development Research Associates, focusing on qualitative research and report writing from January 2008 to April 2010. Balaji holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations from BIRLA Institute of Management Technology, completed in 2007.
