Amanda Olsson has extensive experience in customer engagement and research, currently serving as the Assistant Customer Engagement Manager at LTA since April 2018. In this role, Amanda works on CRM and communications strategies for British Tennis stakeholders, including fans, members, players, coaches, and volunteers. Prior to LTA, Amanda was an Analyst at Third Bridge Group Limited, where primary research was conducted for major global management consulting firms, assisting with corporate strategy, product launches, industry benchmarking, and private equity due diligence. Amanda also gained marketing experience as a Marketing Assistant at Golfbreaks.com, a leading golf travel company. Amanda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from the University of the West of England, earned in 2017.
