Jennifer Motet has a diverse work experience in event operations and management. Jennifer has worked as the Head of Event Operations at LTA since 2020. Prior to that, they were the Head Of Operations at Harlequins from 2017 to 2020. Jennifer also worked at Madison Sports Group as an Event Operations Manager and as an Event Operations - Six Day Cycling London. Jennifer has experience in venue planning, logistics, health & safety, contract management, and event management. Jennifer has also worked as a Festival Manager at the British Basketball Federation and as an Event Director for the World Club Rugby 10's event. Moreover, they have experience in city delivery management at England Rugby 2015 Ltd and as an Event Delivery Manager at Cancer Research UK. Jennifer's work experience showcases their abilities in team management, operational planning, and project management.
Jennifer Motet attended Loughborough University from 1996 to 1999, where they received a BSc (Hons) in Recreation Management. In 2018 and 2019, they attended the Emergency Planning College and studied NVQ 4 Spectator Safety.
