Rachel Baillache serves as Chair of Access Sport since June 2025 and has held multiple Independent Non-Executive Director roles with organizations such as the Men's Professional Rugby Board, UK Sport, and LTA since 2024, 2022, and 2018 respectively. Previously, Rachel chaired Minds@Work until March 2024 and served as a Non-Executive Director at Somerset County Cricket Club until November 2023. Rachel's extensive career at KPMG UK spanned from October 2000 to June 2020, culminating in the role of Partner, including positions as Global Head of People, Performance and Culture and UK and Europe LLP Head of People. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Durham University, earned between 1986 and 1989.
