Heidi Väkevä

Heidi V. is an experienced service provider and cleaner at SOL Palvelut Oy, where responsibilities include managing emergency cleaning requests and overseeing other workers at Finland's largest logistics center since October 2019. Prior to this role, Heidi contributed as a project manager for a university project focused on redesigning a master's program website at the University of Jyväskylä from September to December 2018. Heidi holds a Master's degree in Intercultural Management and Communication from the University of Jyväskylä and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Modern Finnish, and English from the University of Vaasa, along with participating in a student exchange program at the University of Agder.
