Anka Laketic has extensive work experience in various HR roles, spanning from 2007 to the present. Anka currently holds the position of Global Head of Recruitment/HR Business Partner at LTH Castings since 2024. Previously, they worked as the Head of HR Processes at Iskraemeco in 2023 and as a Recruitment Business Partner at Endava from 2022 to 2023. From 2017 to 2022, Anka was a Recruiter at Iskraemeco. Anka started their HR career as an HR Generalist at Kariera d.o.o. from 2016 to 2017. Anka also has prior experience outside the HR field, having worked as a Sales Area Manager at Sportsdirect.com from 2007 to 2016, where they managed multiple shops, led recruitment efforts, conducted employee interviews, oversaw business plans, and ensured proper merchandising.
Anka Laketic attended the Univerza v Mariboru where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organization and Management of Human Resources in 2020. Prior to that, they attended Višja šola B&B where they pursued a degree as a Poslovni sekretar, though the years of attendance are unknown.
