Alan Miller has a diverse work experience in the field of Information Technology. Alan started their career in 2011 as a Web Support & Menu Design at Fresh & Organic, where they redesigned the restaurant's menu and provided web support and design for the owner. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an IT Help Desk Technician at CNU IT Service. In 2014, they joined General Dynamics Information Technology as a Help Desk Technician. In 2015, they worked as a Software Engineering Consultant at Dominion Granite & Marble, where they generated a user-friendly database and recovered archives from Salesforce export data. At CSRA Inc, from 2015 to 2017, they served as an IT Support Technician and was responsible for network operations, account management, troubleshooting, and maintaining a knowledgebase. Currently, since 2017, they are working as an Information Technology Administrator at LTS, responsible for maintaining and optimizing the IT infrastructure and providing support for all employees.
Alan Miller earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Science/Studies from Christopher Newport University from 2008 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Sciences from the same university during the same time period.
