Katherine Chang, MBA, MDR has a substantial work experience in the field of human resources and administration. Katherine currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at LTS - Video Solutions for Security Professionals since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Human Resources and Legal at Hikvision USA and Hikvision Canada from 2011 to 2021. Additionally, they worked at Lee Kum Kee (USA) Inc. as the Manager of Human Resources and Administration from 2004 to 2008.
Katherine Chang has a Bachelor of Art degree in Behavior Sciences/Psychology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Katherine then pursued their education at UCLA, where they obtained a Professional Designation in Human Resources Management Certification, specializing in Human Resources. Katherine further enhanced their academic qualifications by completing an MBA with an Emphasis in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Katherine also attended Pepperdine Law, earning a Master of Dispute Resolution degree. Additionally, Katherine briefly studied Global Business at the University of Oxford.
