Michael Smith

Michael Smith, M.P.A. is currently serving as the President of Texas Association of College and University Police Administrators. In the past, Michael has held positions such as Supervisor at Randall County, Adjunct Professor at Lubbock Christian University, and Director of Public Safety/Chief of Police. Prior to these roles, Michael worked as the Outreach Manager at Lubbock County's Office of Dispute Resolution and as an Assistant Facility Administrator. Smith has taught courses on Professionalism & Ethics in Criminal Justice and Victimology & Victims' Rights.
