Gregg Linnell is an experienced facilities management professional with a strong background in overseeing and optimizing facility operations. Currently serving as Facility Administrator at Lube-Tech since July 2021, Gregg is instrumental in developing a centralized management approach for 22 facilities across multiple states. Prior to this role, Gregg was a Facility Manager at Cushman & Wakefield from April 2018 to July 2021, supporting key clients such as Dairy Queen and Lube-Tech, and facilitating the sale and relocation of Dairy Queen's corporate facility. Gregg's extensive experience at International Dairy Queen, Inc. from 1993 to 2018 includes serving as Director of Facilities Management, where responsibilities involved operating the corporate headquarters, managing vendor services, and implementing strategic capital projects, as well as establishing the Facilities Management department as a Facilities Manager for the new headquarters.
