Jay Morgan is an experienced professional in business development and product management, currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Lube-Tech since August 2013, with previous roles as Product Manager II, Commodity Manager, and Buyer. Prior to Lube-Tech, Jay gained valuable experience as a Summer Intern at McGrath Powersports, where process refinement and event coordination were key responsibilities. Additionally, Jay served as a coach for the MTKA Youth Lacrosse Association, focusing on player development and team motivation, and completed a Transportation Sales Internship at C.H. Robinson Worldwide, where significant sales contributions were made. Jay holds a B.B.A. in Economics from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, completed in 2013.
