Justin Brinkman is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in mechanical engineering and product development. Currently serving as Test Engineering Manager at Lube-Tech since March 2020, Justin oversees a test engineering laboratory that specializes in engine dynamometer testing and new fluid development programs. Previous roles include Test Engineering Supervisor and Mechanical Test Engineer at the same company, as well as a Design Engineer at Sportech Inc., where Justin managed all aspects of new product development for the powersports and agriculture industries. Additional experience includes a Manufacturing Engineer position at Vista Outdoor Inc. and a New Model Applications Engineer role at Honda of America Manufacturing. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University.
