Lee Haire is an experienced professional in organizational leadership and human resources development. Since October 2021, Lee has served as the L&D Program Manager at Lube-Tech. Prior to this role, Lee held positions as HR Development Specialist and Human Resources Coordinator at Fabcon Precast from August 2016 to July 2020. Lee's early career included a tenure as a Research Collaborator at St. Catherine University, where a research project focused on predictors of work/life/school balance for female college students. Lee earned a Master of Education in Organizational Leadership, Policy, Development with a focus on Human Resources Development from the University of Minnesota (2016-2019), a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business Administration from St. Catherine University (2013-2015), and an Associate in Applied Science in Automotive Service Technology from Dunwoody College of Technology (2006-2008).
