Jurgen Claes

Jurgen Claes has extensive experience in supply chain management and data governance, having worked at The Lubrizol Corporation since January 2000 in various leadership roles including Sr. Director of Global Master Data & Trade Compliance and Director of the EMEAI Supply Chain Center of Excellence. Key responsibilities have included implementing global supply chain strategies, optimizing customer assistance functions, and managing significant SAP implementation projects across European locations. Prior to Lubrizol, Jurgen Claes held positions at Organon as a Production Supervisor, Buyer, and Validation Engineer, contributing to the manufacturing and procurement processes for pharmaceutical products. Jurgen Claes holds an MBA from the University of Antwerp and has completed additional leadership training from Ken Blanchard and Partners in Leadership.
