Kurt Schroeder

Kurt Schroeder is a seasoned materials scientist and technology manager with extensive experience in the fields of digital print solutions and imaging systems. Currently serving as Technology Manager at Lubrizol Advanced Materials since March 2022, Kurt previously held the position of Global Applications Manager - Digital within the Performance Coatings Division of The Lubrizol Corporation, where responsibilities included leading advancements in digital ink and ink receptive coatings technologies. With over 20 years of experience at Eastman Kodak, roles included Senior Research Scientist focused on the formulation of nano-particles and complex imaging systems, as well as an Intellectual Property Specialist and Chemical Quality Assurance Chemist. Kurt holds multiple degrees from the Rochester Institute of Technology, including a Master's in Materials Science, Quality and Applied Statistics, and a Bachelor's in Chemistry. Areas of expertise include surfactants, polymeric dispersants, organic pigments, and various other materials used in printing and chemical processes.
