Gabe al-Ghalith

Gabe Al-Ghalith is an accomplished professional in the field of computational biology, currently serving as the Vice President of Computational Biology at Holobiome since August 2024. Previously, Gabe has held significant roles, including Bioinformatics Consultant at LUCA Biologics since July 2022 and Director of Bioinformatics at Seed Health from June 2022 to August 2024, where efforts focused on leveraging microbial potential for human and planetary health. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Computational Biologist and Computational Biologist at Janssen Inc. from August 2018 to June 2022, and various roles during tenure at the University of Minnesota from 2013 to 2018, including Graduate Research Assistant. Gabe co-founded Maple Devices from 2008 to 2010. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Biomathematics, Bioinformatics, and Computational Biology from the University of Minnesota-Rochester and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Minnesota.
