Danielle O'Hare

Danielle O'Hare is a seasoned professional in talent development and training, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at TheatreWorks Silicon Valley since July 2024. With extensive experience at Lucasfilm and Industrial Light & Magic, Danielle has held key positions including Director of Talent Development since July 2015, where strategies for leadership and creative training are driven across multiple global studios. Previous roles include Director of Learning at Disney Studio, Senior Manager of Technical Training at ILM, and Program and Operations Manager within the Studio Talent Group at Lucasfilm, where Danielle developed various learning programs, including leadership and onboarding courses. Educationally, Danielle has completed courses at Stanford Continuing Studies and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Theater from Macalester College.
