Jose Godoy Toku is an accomplished entrepreneur and legal professional with extensive experience in various sectors. As the Founder, Director, and Vice-President of Lucent BioSciences Inc. and Oceaneos Marine Research Foundation since 2014 and 2013 respectively, Jose has contributed to scientific research and development aimed at restoring ocean ecosystems and fisheries. Additionally, Jose serves as Senior Immigration Counsel at Megrez Consultants since 1999 and as the Director of Immigration Services for the Turkish Canadian Chamber of Commerce since 2012, providing critical immigration services for Turkish corporations and new immigrants. As the Founder of Ocean Pop Holdings since 2010, Jose has pursued investment in new-tech ventures despite generating some controversy. Furthermore, Jose held a faculty position in the Immigration Program at Ashton College from 2009 to 2017.
