Paulo Henrique Cavassim

Paulo Henrique Cavassim currently serves as a Sr. Operational Excellence Coach at Lucid Motors, a position held since March 2021, where responsibilities include leading the Operational Excellence team, coaching at both tactical and strategic levels, and identifying process improvement opportunities. Previously, Paulo held the role of Lean Coach at Lucid Motors, focusing on enhancing employee engagement in lean programs. Prior to this, from July 2015 to March 2021, Paulo worked at Mack Trucks as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer and Quality Specialist, where key achievements included implementing WCM and Lean principles. Earlier experience at Volvo Trucks involved positions as a Quality Engineer and Quality Trainee, emphasizing the application of Lean and WCM methodologies. The professional journey began with a project management internship at Linde. Paulo holds an Engineer’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Positivo.
