Audrey Winkler

Audrey Winkler, MPA, has extensive experience in implementation consulting and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Implementation Consultant at Lucid Software since April 2021, Audrey specializes in technical configuration and software change management, ensuring effective onboarding and adoption of the Lucid Suite. Prior roles include Associate Consultant at SHIFT, where management of SaaS platform implementations and project execution took place. Audrey also held managerial positions at Enterprise Community Investment, leading innovative projects such as the launch of a socially-powered app and a new product in affordable housing markets. Earlier experience includes roles at the Cleveland Museum of Art and the Centers for Families and Children, along with service as an AmeriCorps VISTA event associate, demonstrating a commitment to community engagement. Audrey holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Communications Management from Cleveland State University.
