Britney Davis

Britney Davis is an experienced education and operations leader with a robust background in program management and instructional development. Currently serving as the Head of Operations for Lucid for Education since November 2018, Britney has previously held key roles at Latinos In Action, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Academic Officer. Earlier experiences include educating and program management roles at Cottonwood High School, where notable accomplishments included leading a successful leadership program for Latino and refugee students and receiving teacher of the year honors. Additional experience includes coordination of specialized training programs for The Mentoring Center of Central Ohio and conference planning for the Utah Council of Teachers of English. Britney holds a Master of Arts in World Languages from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Arts in English/Spanish Teaching from Brigham Young University.
