Cara Frisbie

Cara is a corporate governance and transactional lawyer with a passion for emerging companies and technologies. Prior to joining Lucid she represented Silicon Valley start-ups and venture investors from inception to exit. Additionally, Cara spent several years focused on international capital market transactions while living in Singapore and Sydney and served as the chief operating officer of a private company in the environmental trading space. Her time abroad solidified her love of Asian food and all things Aussie.

Cara earned a JD from Harvard Law School, a BA in Economics from Rice University and a Masters in Environmental Science from the University of Sydney. Cara lives in Park City with her family where they enjoy skiing all winter and golfing through summer.
