Melinda Hicken

Melinda Hicken is a Senior Corporate Paralegal with extensive experience in corporate governance, compliance, and legal document management. Currently at Lucid since August 2021, Melinda manages the capitalization table, equity grant processes, and compliance matters for both domestic and international entities, while also handling Lucid's intellectual property portfolio. Prior to this role, Melinda worked at Bonneville International and Entrata, where responsibilities included drafting and managing various legal documents, providing litigation support, and assisting with corporate compliance procedures. Melinda began her career at Witt and Associates as a paralegal and also gained early experience as a Legal Intern at 1-800 CONTACTS. Melinda holds a Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies from Utah Valley University and an Associate degree from Salt Lake Community College.
