Michael Hatfield

Michael Hatfield is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and strategic finance. Currently serving as a Strategic Finance Manager at Lucid Software since May 2022, Michael leads the FP&A process for global sales P&L and prepares weekly topline forecasting and reporting for senior executives. Previously, Michael held positions at iFIT as an FP&A Analyst and Demand Planner, where responsibilities included leading the FP&A process for global P&L and presenting topline reports to executives. Michael’s early career included roles at the Logan Small Business Development Center, Northrop Grumman as a Finance & Business Systems Summer Intern, and Denik LLC as an Assistant Warehouse Manager. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Utah State University – Jon M. Huntsman School of Business and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Brigham Young University–Hawaii.
