Monett Rupp

Monett Rupp is the Director of Legal Operations at Lucid Software since January 2020, where responsibilities include managing tools, processes, systems, and the contracts lifecycle for all agreements reviewed by the legal team, along with driving continuous improvement through the development of legal playbooks. Prior to this role, Monett served as a Contracts Negotiator from 2020 to 2021. Monett's career at Cisco spanned over 12 years, during which positions included Program Manager, focusing on improving legal oversight and project coordination, and Business Operations Manager, overseeing a team of 14 legal contracts managers to support the Americas Sales and Delivery teams. Monett Rupp holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Redlands.
