Sean MacKay

Sean Mackay, MHR, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in HR management and operations. Currently serving as Director of People Business Partners at Lucid Software since August 2020, Sean has held various HR leadership roles within the organization. Prior experience includes managing people operations at Talkdesk and overseeing HR functions at MetaSource, where Sean developed training curricula and improved HR processes. Additional HR roles have been held at Westgate Resorts and several other companies, showcasing a proven ability in organizational development, compliance, and operational excellence. Sean holds a Master of Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Utah State University, complemented by an Associate degree in General Studies from Salt Lake Community College.
