Frankie Cornelissen

Frankie Cornelissen is a seasoned talent acquisition professional and co-founder of MawHub, currently serving as a Talent Expert since February 2024. In addition to this role, Frankie holds a position as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Lucidya since April 2024. Previous experience includes significant contributions as an Embedded Talent Acquisition Partner at Qawafel and Yoco, and as a Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Capiter, where Frankie played a key role in building a team of over 2,000 across multiple locations. Frankie's background also includes roles at Pargo, ikeja, Alasala, and AlGooru, where advisory and consulting work contributed to the success of startups and established companies. Frankie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce with dual majors in Human Resources Management and Industrial Psychology from North-West University.
