Jón Þór Kristjánsson

Jón Þór Kristjánsson has a diverse range of work experience. Jón Þór currently serves as a Sr. Backend Developer at Lucinity since June 2022. Prior to that, they founded WebPenguin, a digital studio in Iceland that provides software development services. Jón Þór has also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at OZ from March 2017 to June 2020, where they were responsible for architecture, development, and maintenance of a SaaS OTT platform. Additionally, Jón Þór worked as a Web Developer at Stokkur Software from May 2015 to January 2017. Throughout their career, they have taken on various responsibilities, including project management, team lead, data analysis, and communication with digital right holders.

Jón Þór Kristjánsson completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Háskóli Íslands between the years 2012 and 2015.
