Abdul started their career as an Assistant Accountant at Pak Leather Crafts Ltd in December 2004, where they handled billing, payroll, bank reconciliation, and stock management. Abdul then joined Lucky Cement Limited in February 2006 and worked in various positions, including Accounts Officer, Senior Accounts Officer, Assistant Manager - Accounts, Sr. Assistant Manager - Accounts, Deputy Manager – Accounts, Sr. Deputy Manager - Accounts, and currently as Manager - Accounts |Team Lead| Finance Business Partner| Financial Reporting & Analysis. During their time at Lucky Cement Limited, they performed a wide range of responsibilities related to financial management, project management, system designing, compliance, risk management, internal controls, credit control, taxation, and general accounting. Abdul Karim's work experience showcases their expertise in various finance and accounting functions.
Abdul Karim obtained a Master of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from Karachi University in 2004. Abdul then pursued further education at the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMA Pakistan) from 2006 to 2018, where they earned the degree of Associate Cost and Management Accountant (ACMA) specializing in Cost & Management Accounting.
