Prior to that, Shelley was a Creative Director and partner at Bartle Bogle Hegarty from October 2012 to June 2017. Additional experience includes serving as Creative Group Head at TBWA Hunt Lascaris from January 2007 to September 2012 and as Senior Art Director/Head of Art at King James from 2003 to 2007.
