Daniel Heckl has held various roles in their work experience. Daniel started their career at COM Software GmbH as a Developer from June 2012 to June 2014. Daniel then worked as a Student Assistant at Hochschule RheinMain from October 2015 to March 2016. Following that, they completed an Internship and Bachelor Thesis at Lufthansa Cargo from June 2017 to March 2018. Daniel then became self-employed at DWebbuilder IT-Solutions from March 2009 until present. Since June 2018, they have been working at Lufthansa Cargo, initially as an Application Manager for AD&M CRM, Rev Mgmt & Sales Steering LCAG until April 2020. Afterwards, they worked as a Digital Cargo Lab member from May 2020 to December 2021, and currently holds the position of Lead Digital Cargo Lab / API Management since January 2022.

Daniel Heckl completed their Master of Science degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Goethe University Frankfurt in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Informatics from RheinMain University of Applied Sciences in 2018. Additionally, they hold a certification in Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org, obtained in 2018.
