Susan Linden earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Architecture and Law from The Philipp University of Marburg. In addition, they obtained certifications as an ITIL Expert from APMG-International in 2011 and as an ITIL IT Service Manager from TÜV SÜD in 2009.
