Robert Lee has extensive experience in strategic development and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Development at LUKOIL since July 2000. In this role, Robert is responsible for E&P strategy development, integration of strategies with various activities, and initiation and execution of M&A deals. Prior to this position, Robert worked as a Project Manager at BP from January 1995 to April 2000, where responsibilities included establishing a centralized procurement organization and developing procurement strategies. Robert completed a degree at the University of Kent between 1986 and 1994.
