Thushara Renjith

Thushara Renjith is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Lead Human Resources at LuLu Group International since January 2021. Prior to this role, Thushara held positions as Manager-HRBP at Datamate Infosolutions (P) Ltd from August 2015 to December 2020 and as Senior Officer-HR at Binani Zinc Limited and SFO Technologies Pvt Ltd from April 2013 to July 2015 and April 2009 to April 2013, respectively. Thushara began the career as HR Officer at NeST Research and Development Centre from July 2006 to March 2009, following an entry-level role as HR Executive Trainee at PepsiCo from November 2000 to February 2002. Thushara holds an MBA in Human Resources from Bharathiar University and a B.Sc. in Zoology/Animal Biology from Mahatma Gandhi University.
