Emma Craig has a long and impressive work experience. Emma started their career in 2012 as a Jr. Specialist in the Impressionist & Modern Department at Christie's, where they led cross-functional teams, researched secondary sources to increase market resale, and oversaw a $100M portfolio annually. Emma was promoted three times within two years. In 2015, they became the Associate Director at Jack Hanley Gallery, where they grew sales by 35%, ran pre/post sale operations, and oversaw $250k in Contemporary art sales. Emma also lead Museum, Art Fair and Gallery Partnerships. In 2018, they worked as an MBA Consultant at Pear VC and as a Venture Capitalist at Cavallo Ventures. In 2019, they joined Amazon as a Program Manager for PrimeNow, where they improved in-store staging and launched additional morning/evening windows across 300 Whole Foods stores to increase capacity by 17% and bring on 128M weekly units/$520M in 60 days. In 2021, they joined AppFolio, Inc. as Director of Business Initiatives Lead, where they built the Roadmap and established best practices for Product Suggestion Board as Interim Sr. Product Operations Manager. Emma also oversaw the Customer Success Team's annual planning to improve efficiencies. Emma Craig is currently working at Lumafield as a Product Marketing since 2022.

Emma Craig attended San Francisco University High School from 2004 to 2008. In 2008, they graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of California, Berkeley. In 2011, they attended Freie Universität Berlin. In 2010, they obtained an Open Water Diver certification from PADI. From 2017 to 2019, Emma Craig attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
