Materials Lead at Lumafield

Sarah Kobašlija has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Sarah started their career as a Graduate Student at Cornell University from 2004 to 2009. After completing their studies, they worked as a Consultant at Systanix for a brief period in 2007. Sarah then joined Boston College as a Postdoctoral Researcher from 2009 to 2010. Sarah then transitioned to the role of Senior Scientist at the Warner Babcock Institute for Green Chemistry from 2010 to 2012. Sarah then worked as a Senior Materials Scientist at QD Vision, Inc. from 2012 to 2014. Their next position was at Aramco Services Company, where they served as a Senior Research Scientist and Project Lead from 2014 to 2019. Currently, they are employed as a Materials Lead at Lumafield since December 2019.

Sarah Kobašlija holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Wellesley College. Sarah then pursued further education and successfully completed a Master of Science and a Ph.D. in Chemistry at Cornell University.
