Wei Jian Chin

Wei Jian Chin is a seasoned mechanical design engineer with extensive experience in product development and engineering research. Currently serving as a Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer at Picarro, Inc. since June 2018 and as a Mechanical Design Engineer at LumaSense Technologies, Inc. since December 2011, Wei specializes in designing mechanical components for thermal imaging products. Prior experience includes work as a Mechanical Engineering Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, focusing on the development of a surgical robot, and participating in various research projects related to agricultural technology and medical device design. Wei holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Systems Engineering, both from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
