Aaron Collins is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and public service. Currently serving as General Manager at LL Flooring since November 2007, Collins focuses on recruiting, hiring, and developing personnel to enhance store profitability and drive sales through innovative strategies. Prior to this, Collins co-owned and operated Crawford Construction, where responsibilities included drafting estimates and managing inventory. Additionally, Collins has a background as a Firefighter and EMT with the Millville Fire Department, providing critical emergency services and maintaining equipment. Earlier experience includes managing operations at Leisure Life Pool and Patio. Collins holds multiple educational qualifications, including a Massachusetts EMT-B certificate and trade certificates in carpentry from Blackstone Valley Vocational Regional School District. Current enrollment at Quinsigamond Community College further enhances Collins' skill set.
