Prior to this role, James held positions as a Commercial Estimator and Sales professional at Lumber One LLC from 2012 to 2021, and as an Estimator and Project Manager at Superior Construction, Inc. from 2002 to 2012. Additionally, James was the Owner of A Sharp Construction, Inc. Framing and Building Components from 1996 to 2002 and worked as a Project Superintendent at Price Brothers from 1994 to 1996.
