Lumen Bioscience
Stacey Ertel has a diverse work experience in the fields of bioscience, research, and childcare. Stacey has recently been employed as a Senior Associate Scientist at Lumen Bioscience since April 2021, after starting as an Associate Scientist in January 2020. Prior to that, they worked at the Infectious Disease Research Institute, where they held various roles including Process Development Associate IV (August 2019 - January 2020), Process Development Associate III (August 2016 - August 2019), and Process Development Associate II (November 2015 - August 2016). Before this, Stacey worked at ImmunoReagents, Inc. as a Scientist II (February 2015 - May 2015) and Scientist I (February 2012 - February 2015), where they were involved in purifying and manufacturing antibodies and managing production planning. Additionally, they gained experience as a Technical Operations Support Intern at Talecris Biotherapeutics, Inc. in 2011. Stacey's earliest work experience can be traced back to 2004, when they worked as a Teacher at Country Sunshine Children's Center, caring for and instructing children of various ages. Stacey also has experience as a Vet Technician at Crossroads Veterinary Hospital, where they administered medication to animals and assisted in post-operative care.
Stacey Ertel attended North Carolina State University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering.
