Adi Bar-Oz

Adi Bar-Oz currently serves as the VP of HR at Lumen, a fast-growing global start-up focused on metabolism measurement and personalized nutrition. Previous experience includes roles as HRBP and Talent Acquisition Manager at Snappy and Zebra Medical Vision Ltd, where the latter specializes in AI for Medical Imaging. Adi also held HRBP and Recruitment Manager positions at Playbuzz, a platform for interactive storytelling, and served as an HR Recruiter at Supersonic and Ness Digital Engineering, providing IT services. A brief consultancy role at Siemens and ground security work at EL AL Israel Airlines also contributed to Adi's career. Adi holds an MBA in Business Administration from Ono Academic College and a BA in Human Resources from The Max Stern Yezreel Valley College.
