Chris Capossela

Chris Capossela has extensive experience in leadership roles, particularly in marketing and sales at Microsoft, where a career spanned over three decades, concluding in October 2023 as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. Responsibilities included overseeing worldwide marketing operations across consumer and commercial sectors, leading digital sales strategies, and driving marketing initiatives for Microsoft products. Capossela also held positions such as Corporate Vice President for the Consumer Channels Group and Chief Marketing Officer, contributing to the establishment of the Consumer Channels Group and managing marketed solutions for Office products. Currently, Capossela serves as a member of the Board of Directors for both Lumen Technologies and Formlabs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University.
