Janna Matherly is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer experience and business development. Currently serving as Vice President of Commercial and Customer Experience at Lumen Technologies since May 2023, Janna previously held multiple strategic roles at Microsoft from April 2016 to May 2023, including Customer Experience Lead for North America Industry and Partner Lead for the U.S. Dynamics Business Group. Prior to Microsoft, Janna contributed to Woodpile Studios as Vice President of Client Services and served as Marketing Manager at Real User Corporation. Janna also co-owned and managed business development and marketing at Haute Damn Apparel. Janna holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Virginia Tech and an MBA from William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business.
