Martha Helena Béjar

Martha Helena Béjar is a telecommunications expert with innovative experience.

She was the co‑founder and principal of Red Bison Advisory Group, LLC, which provides business advisory services to communications and enterprise technology firms from January 2014 to June 2019. She served as Chief Executive Officer at Unium, Inc., a Wi‑Fi service provider, from December 2016 to March 2018; as Chief Executive Officer of Flow Mobile, Inc., a broadband wireless company, from January 2012 to December 2015; as Chief Executive Officer and Chairperson of Infocrossing, Inc. (a U.S.‑based cloud services affiliate of Wipro Limited) from January 2011 to March 2012; as President of Worldwide Sales and Operations at Wipro's information technology services affiliate from 2009 to 2011; and as Corporate Vice President for the communications sector of Microsoft Corporation from June 2007 to June 2009. Prior to then, Ms. Béjar held diverse sales, operations, engineering and R&D positions at Nortel and Bellsouth/AT&T.

Ms. Béjar currently serves as a senior partner/advisor at DaGrosa Capital Partners, LLC and on the public company boards of CommVault Systems and Sportsman’s Warehouse Holdings, Inc. In the last five years, she served on the public company boards of Mitel Networks Corporation; Polycom, Inc.; and Quadient SA (formerly Neopost). Her other leadership experience includes serving as a trustee and board member of Rainer Scholars. Ms. Béjar joined the Board in 2016.
