Frank Frimpong

Frank Frimpong has over 20 years of work experience. Frank started their career at Celestica as a Corporate Process Engineering Development Specialist, where they were responsible for microelectronics packaging and assembly. Frank then worked at Sarantel as a Process Engineer, focusing on electro-chemical processes and surface engineering. Frank later became a Senior Product/Process Engineer at Sarantel, where they worked on design validation and process improvements. Most recently, Frank worked at MARUWA Europe Ltd as a Principal Engineer, and they are currently a Principal Engineer Process Development at Lumentum.

Frank Frimpong completed their education at The University of Salford. Frank obtained a BEng. in Manufacturing Engineering from 1993 to 1996, followed by an MSc. in Advanced Manufacturing from 1996 to 1998. Frank also holds additional certifications, including a Certified IPC Trainer and a Foundation Certificate in Electroplating from the INSTITUTE OF MATERIALS FINISHING.
