Qianhuan Yu

Qianhuan Yu is a highly skilled engineer currently serving as a Staff R&D Laser Semiconductor Engineer at Lumentum since August 2020, having previously held the role of Senior R&D Laser Semiconductor Engineer. Prior experience includes a position as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Virginia for a brief period in July 2020, and a PhD candidacy at the same institution from September 2015 to May 2020. Qianhuan Yu also completed a summer internship at Lumentum in 2018. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Master's degree in Optics/Optical Sciences from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
