Rafik Ward

Rafik Ward currently serves as Senior Vice President, Head of Corporate Development and Chief Marketing Officer at Lumentum since April 2025. In addition, Rafik Ward is the CEO and Founder of Early Light Consulting, LLC, a position held since June 2020. Previous roles include Advisory Board Member at Enosemi, which was acquired by AMD Inc. in May 2025, and Product/Strategy Advisor at AttoTude. Rafik Ward has also contributed as an Advisory Board Member for Enlightra and Dream Photonics Inc., and held VP Strategy/Advisor role at DustPhotonics. Additional advisory positions include membership on the Board of Advisors for Nexus Photonics and T1Nexus, as well as serving on the Board of Directors for COTSWORKS, INC. Rafik Ward earned an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
