Paola Di Fabio is a seasoned professional with extensive leadership experience in account management and technical services within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Lumeon since April 2019, Paola leads technical and account support managers across 12 markets, defining strategies for customer service excellence and collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize client success. Previously, as Global Head of Client Services at Cigna, Paola developed global teams and improved customer experience across all touchpoints. Earlier roles at BlackBerry included managing a large team of account managers and creating innovative strategies that enhanced customer satisfaction and product adoption. Paola holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology from Kingston University.
